The Skyline Administrative Council is composed of our staff, lay leaders and pathway ministers. Ivan Turner, Jr., currently serves as the Chair of the administrative council. The Council acts on behalf of the Charge Conference between annual sessions, setting policy and guiding all members and friends toward coordinated ministry in keeping with our short- and long-terms goals and vision. Skyline uses the organizing principle of pathways of ministry, in which any of our members and friends may exercise their spiritual gifts for the benefit of the church and our world. Each Pathway of Ministry supports one of the four aspects of our Mission.
