This letter reports the results of our November 16, 2003 Church Conference.  Thank you for presiding at that meeting and for your leadership and support of our community of faith.  There were 39 members and 9 friends of the church at the meeting.

After receiving our Pastors’ Report, the Church Conference unanimously approved the following:

1.      Proposed Sale of the Church Parsonage

2.      Strategic Planning Team Proposal for a Church Council

3.      2004 Pastors’ Compensation & Other Benefits

4.      Lay Speaker’s Report

5.      Pastors’ Statistical (Membership) Report

6.      Lay Leadership Report (with no nominations from the floor)

7.      Holding one church conference (in June) and fiscal year from July 1-June 30, effective 2004.
