Winter Missions

Adopt-a-Family:  Adopt families through various social service agencies.  We request that the congregation purchase specific items for the recipients, and then we wrap and deliver the gifts. 

Carvel / Delaware Psychiatric Center:   Support these mental-health facilities.  In the past we have visited them at Christmas to sing.   We also collected stocking stuffers for the DE Psychiatric Center in the past.

Christmas Food Baskets: Provide food to 5-10 families each holiday.  Small groups or the entire congregation support this mission.  We receive names through various social service agencies, and also deliver to families in our church if needed. 

Read-Aloud Delaware:  Hold a book drive for this organization.  Provide books for their prison ministry program.
